The Operating Instructions section contains all instructions for operating the machine. It is the sole responsibility of the operator to comply with the Safety rules in the user manual.
It is not safe to operate outside of the machine. If more than one operator is required to use a machine at different times within the same shift, these operators must comply with all safety rules and instructions contained in the operating instructions. This means that each new operator must perform pre-operation inspection, function tests and workplace inspection before using the machine.
The pre-operation inspection is a visual inspection by the operator prior to the shift. This monitoring process is designed to determine whether there are any inaccurate errors in the machine before the operator performs the opening of the dove. See the list below and check each item. If an unauthorized change is detected from any damage or factory delivery, the machine must not be used.
